The Purpose of the Management Trainee Program:

To equip young Master Graduates with the required skills to become future leaders in our business or the country and support them in their career development.

Profile :Skills and Education

• Must have a Masters Degree in any area of the business (IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Communication etc)
• Must have a maximum 1 year experience

Language and other requirements

• Full proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Dynamism, fast-learning skills and ability to work under pressure are essential
