Job Summary
Cardno’s Emerging Markets Division provides specialised professional services associated with the planning, design, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of development programs across a range of physical, economic, and social infrastructure sectors.
We have been shortlisted for the DFID funded “Private Sector Innovation Programme for Health” (PSP4H). The aim of the project is to provide a better understanding of the for-profit market in the health sector and to encourage pro-poor changes by manufacturers, distributors and other markets in which poor people pay for healthcare.
We have a number of opportunities for Intervention Analysts. This key role in the team will be responsible for the implementation of the programme’s strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Required skills and experience for this role will include:
- A Master’s degree in relevant field (economics, finance, business, health); research experience highly desirable
- A minimum of three years’ work experience in a related field
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and summarise written and verbal information for different stakeholders
- Ability to design activities and to support partner to implement
- Experience in working within private sector highly desirable. design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to develop good working relations with public and private sector players in the health sector or other sectors
- Ability to independently plan and manage work streams
