Qualification/ Experience/ Skills              

MBA with HR specialization Master of social work with HR specialization/Post

Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

With minimum of 7 years of experience in the relevant field

Should posses analytical, managerial negotiation and good communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, sourcing. Performance appraisal,

training, formulation and implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of HR department.

 Retired persons who worked in the relevant field in industries/ university will be given preference.
