Gender WatSan Specialist

Gender Resources, Inc. is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) specializing in gender consulting for companies, governments, and NGOs. Our consultants have experience in over 65 countries in multiple sectors.

Objective: GRI is currently looking for Gender Specialists for long or short-term positions with upcoming Water and Sanitation projects worldwide.

Qualifications: • Minimum ten (10) years experience with gender in water and sanitation projects, 15 years preferred • Experience in urban planning, water conservation, sanitation, or hygiene projects a plus • Relevant experience facilitating community consultations • Experience designing and delivering capacity building trainings • Experience with data collection and gendered data analysis • Strong management and organizational skills • Professional level fluency in English (required), additional languages a plus
