  The global objective is the enhancement of economic governance in Zambia through improved public financial management, strengthened accountability processes and increased management for results.

• Education: At least Master's degree in relevant field, such as economics, public finance or equivalent.
• Experience: - At least 10 years in total, including recent experience in design and delivery of PFM curricula and modular courses in the areas of public sector accounting, budget preparation, integrated financial management systems and other relevant areas;
  - Experience with PFM reforms in developing countries.
