Requirements : 
University graduate preferably in Banking/Business/Management.

Job Description:

• Acting as the prime interface between the Bank and the client.
• Identifying and developing medium retail banking business for the bank with an emphasis on income generation.
• Marketing the Bank new product and service by enhancing existing new customer base and expending the banking business growth
• Maintaining good customer relations and ensure that customer needs are met within the strategic objective of the Bank.
• Managing all customer -related queries.
• Maintaining DTBs customer service standards.

Deputy Head Of Risk 

Requirements: 
Post graduate qualification in Banking Accounting or Finance e.g. MBA degree or any other relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA

Job Description:

• Enhancing and integrating the function for Bank-wide Risk Management across DTB.
• Building capacity and the ability to identify measure monitor and control the underlying risks that the Bank continues to face mainly strategy, Credit Liquidity Interest Rate Price foreign Exchange Rate Operational and regulatory.

Head of Operations

Requirements : 
Post graduate qualification in Accounting or Finance e.g MBA degree and any other relevant professional qualifications such as CIB, ACCA or CPA

Job Description:

• Ensure optional operations at all branches under the supervision of the Head of operations.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of all internal control systems by analyzing the existing operational procedure and rules sporting weakness and working with senior management to make necessary revisions.
• Implementation of operational procedures that optimize the Bank overall banking business and also address customers need within the Bank retail/corporate baking strategy.
• Guidance and training towards the process owner of the relevant control processes and documentation of test result and improvement plans.
• Coordination of cooperation with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:
