For over 50 years, the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), together with the people of Africa, has worked to ensure the wildlife and wild lands of Africa will endure forever. AWF is currently pursuing a growth agenda, looking to more than 25 conservation landscapes in which to expand its program operations.
To recruit and develop the talent needed for this this growth, AWF created the Conservation Management Training Program (CMTP). CMTP participants have the opportunity to propel their careers forward by working under the direct mentorship of AWF’s various program leaders.
