Assistant Project Manager - Grade 12( 2 Posts)

Applicants must be holders of a Bachelors Degree in Building Economics/Quantity Survey/Construction Management/Architecture/Civil Engineering.

The Assistant Project Manager will be employed within a design and build contract arrangement For the positions of Project Manager — Grade 1 3 and Assistant Project Manager — Grade I 2 the following should apply:

Registered with the relevant professional body and have a minimum of three (3) years post-registration experience in a project management capacity and all aspects of project planning, development and management

Computer literacy and strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft project, and reporting Software programs

Demonstrated experience in Personnel Management

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment

Post-graduate qualification will be added advantage
Terms of Service:
The terms of service for the above include a generous medical scheme, house allowance and commuting allowance.
Successful candidates will be offered two (2) year renewable performance based contract and gratuity will be paid at the end of the contract.
