Education and Experience Requirements:
• Understanding of and previous experience with large international, multi-donor, health grants; Global Fund experience is a plus.
• 5- 15 years’ experience delivering capacity building and technical assistance in relevant areas to developing countries Demonstrated experience negotiating difficult topics with senior-level officials, including Ministries, Government Officials, local service providers.
• Demonstrated experience building the capacity of multiple stakeholders including NGOs, CSOs, donors, local government and civil society.
• Additional qualifications in health program management and monitoring and evaluation, organizational development and communications are a plus.
• Advanced degree in relevant subject;
• Work experience in developing countries;
• Must be fluent in English.
