JOB PURPOSE

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

1- Delivery management of all commercial business unit projects. This includes but is not limited to

1. a.Working with relevant heads of departments in setting launch dates and KPI targets
2. b.tracking launch dates and deliveries against KPI targets set in business cases
3. c.raising red flags when targets are not being achieved
4. d.ascertaining solutions to ensure (revised) target deliveries

2- Management and governance of all commercial forums such as but not limited to: Commercial approval forum, EXCO trade review forums, Go to market forums, IT engagement forums, Reviews with Group International Business, Management of actions rising from each of these forums, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered, ensuring presentations are collated and shared where necessary, ensuring all content for these forums is finalized and ready for presentation in a timely manner
