To attend to all administrative duties at Technical Training to meet set targets.
Manage the welfare of Apprentices
Monitor validity of Apprentices travel documents ( Passports & Visas)
Ensure valid medical & insurance cover for Apprentices
Liaise with Training Manager on Apprentices expenses in accordance to budget allocationLiaise with Training Manager on Apprentices expenses in accordance to budget allocationManage the welfare of in-house course participants
Handle administrative tasks for Technical Training department
Identify professional career goals and development needs and suggest training and development opportunities that will help achieve these goals
Advance Diploma in Business Administration or Education from recognized university
Relevant tertiary qualification
2 Years Experience in training administration
