About you
You’ll manage a varied team of 7 project managers, assistant project managers and team assistants as well as providing project management oversight of the Africa regional programme’s work. While developing new projects, you’ll also make sure our current projects are delivered to the highest possible quality and delivering to objectives agreed with donors. You’ll provide oversight of the business development and institutional donor fundraising in the region and pursue the appropriate strategic opportunities, setting realistic budgets. Whilst overseeing the management of sign-off systems you’ll deputise for the Regional Director where necessary and will support the recruitment and induction of London-based staff and international field based staff.
