Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the implementation of projects that support departmental initiatives and strategies.
• Identify, implement and benchmark best practice in processes and procedures to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Identify and develop trade opportunities to deliver increased volumes and market share
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of sales performance and promotional activities and taking appropriate action.
• Lead, monitor and research market trends analysis for appropriate decision making and interventions.
• Liaising with the marketing department to ensure timely implementation of brand building and marketing activities
• Determining and coordinating of reporting and communication requirements.
• Advising dealers on stock management to drive business efficiency
• Motivating and evaluating staff to achieve highest levels of performance
• Develop and maintain departmental scheduling to ensure that all tasks and initiatives are monitored closely hence timely identification of milestones and therefore act upon them accordingly

Position Requirements
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree in Business related field or any other related subjects.
• At least 3+ years work experience in project management in Telecommunication companies or FMCG
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate policies and procedures
• Well organized with strong Analytical skills
• Ability to sale services and influence others
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stake holders
