Territory Marketing Manager

IBM Sales and Distribution develops, integrates, sells and distributes IBM’s wide array of products and services via face-to-face and telephone/web sales teams, plus IBM’s Business Partners. It includes IBM General Business, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Legal. IBM Sales and Distribution delivers specialized solutions by sector, including Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Industrial enterprises, and Distribution. The goal is to deliver the world's best IT solutions to our customers.

Besides this you are responsible for the interlock with the key stakeholders
in the product units and channel to ensure alignment toward one single plan toward the clients. As an integrated part of the job you are leading the next quarter pipeline management and thereby are identifying the gaps and ensuring the appropriate Sales, Sales Enablement & Marketing activities are in place to close the gap well in advance of the quarter starting. 

Specifically, around the Marketing plan, you’ll use your expertise to:
• develop the program strategy which supports the business strategy/objectives and integrates the right mix of demand generation, channel enablement, channel co-marketing, thought leadership, relationship marketing, communications, and direct response advertising
• collaborate with marketing discipline peers (MM(Mid Market), MI (Market Intelligence) MCO(Marketing Communications Operations), External Relations, and Corporate/Brand Advertising) to ensure that messages are well coordinated and timed in the marketplace
• create a plan that encompasses a 360-degree execution plan after they have finalized their unique value proposition, defined their targeted audience segment to prioritized industries and determined the selected product/solution offerings through a specific route to market. This upfront program planning is done based upon the gathering and synthesis of the input from Market Management individuals in the various brands supporting the program
• responsible for managing the program budget and achieve/exceed the program objectives
• own and manage agency and vendor relationships in support of the integrated program plan. 

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Marketing Management
  • English: Fluent
