Recruitment of Senior Consultant-People & Change Advisory

Our People and Change Advisory team focuses on advising organisations in both the public and private sector on the formation of strategic change management, people and talent strategies, frameworks and practices to create value, maximise growth and improve overall HR business performance.
We are now looking for dynamic and innovative individuals who are keen to be a part oforganisational transformation for the position of Senior Consultants for our People and Change Practice. Reporting to the Manager-People and Change Advisory, the job holder will be responsible for implementing HR and Strategic change strategies in Tanzania and East Market.
Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support business development through development of proposals, expressions of interest and other business development tools;
- Manage risks within the standard PwC’s global policies and procedures;
- Implement and contribute to the delivery of consulting assignments in:
- Executive selection;
- Organisation structure reviews,
- Strategic change management for large scale ICT system transformations, culture transformations and structural changes;
- Skills assessments; training needs analysis and training strategies;
- Talent management;
- Other HR consulting assignments as may be assigned;
Qualifications and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Human Resource Management or OrganisationalPsychology or Change Management;
- A Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage;
- At least 3-5 five year’s similar experience in a professional services environment or as internal OD/Change Management/HR Consultant;
- Experience in financial services, oil and gas, public sector or manufacturing an added advantage;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and report writing skills;
- Pro-active and an “out the box” thinker and contributor;
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organisational levels, build and maintain a network of client and internal relationships.
