Crusher operator

2. To check the bearings, V belt etc of the crusher
3. To check the crusher internals – hammers, blow bars etc
4. Capable of checking the apron conveyor ( plate conveyor), dust filters, belt conveyor etc
5. Should coordinate with mining department
6. Should be ready to work in shift operation

Chemist

Qualification: Graduate in Chemistry/ Laboratory Technician course

1. To carry out chemical testing of raw materials (limestone, clay, gypsum, flyash, coal, slag) and products and process efficiency tests on production units.
2. Preparation and analysis of all materials by wet, XRF and XRD methods, prepare reports.
3. Advise Shift Supervisor / Miller / CCR operator of any abnormal results.
4. Advise operators on process parameter changes to achieve qualily targets.
5. Perform calibration and maintenance of XRF and XRD spectrometers
6. Oversee the duties of.the Shift Tester.
7. Collection and analysis of non-routine samples size grading, water analysis, non-routine chemistry etc.
8. Carry out various plant tests Dust emission, media grading, output tests, Orsat gas analysis.
9. Take reports from the Shift Testers and advise operatives and shift supervisor on all quality issues.
10. Analysis of coal – proximate analysis
11. Analysis of raw meal/clinker and cement
12. Raw mix design
13. Physical properties of cement – Compressive
strength; autoclave, setting time and Ie chatlier test.
14. Ready to work in shift operation
15. Report all testing results to the Chief Chemist and inform him quickly of any abnormal results.
16. Periodic calibration of the above equipment to keep them within the standardization range.
17. Close communication with the Chief Chemist for: target ranges, testing procedures, calibration of lab instruments and know how.
18. Keep his area of work in a clean condition at all times.
19. Respect of the environment rules and safety in a laboratory especially for the chemical products

Starker & Re claimer operator

2. To operate the stacker as per the instruction of the laboratory
3. Should be capable of forming the pile as per the laid procedure
4. To check the all drives and gearboxes in the stacker &reclaimer
5. To bring to the notice of the shift engineer, if any abnormality is found
6. To reclaim the material by proper operation.
7. Should be capable of changing the stacker and reclaimer without any mechanical damage
8. To inspect all gearboxes and bearing for efficient performance
9. To inspect all the belt conveyors and its joints
10. Should be ready to work in shift operation

Tester

1. Should carry out the instruction of Shift Chemist
2. Should be capable of going to site for collecting the sample

3. Should be able to check the grease spray lubrication of kiln
4. Should be capable of observing abnormal noises in the running equipments

5. Should take care of the cooler and its auxilliaries

6. Should be able to coordinate with all Control room
operators and shift engineers
7. Should be able to observe the health of the equipment
by monitoring the temp of bearings, gearboxes,
vibrations etc by making a complete round and
maintain a shift log for the particular section.

Packing Plant shift in charge

1. The candidate should be able to organise the dispatch of trucks as per the instruction received from’ the head office.
2. Should know the operation of the electronic packing plant equipments

8. Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing materials, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
9. Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
10. Prepares work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
11. Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, records
12. Alert the stores in charge for replenishing the stock in time

Turbine and Auxiliaries Operator

6. Monitoring of Turbine, Gear box and Alternators for efficient and trouble-free operation.
7. Sampling of the various water; steam and coal samples.

Electrical Technician
