The IDR Leader is responsible to achieve the IDR related targets around ISV revenue, co-marketing targets, technical enablements for ISVs, and leads the IBM Innovation Center.
The IDR leader will also be an integral part of the GEOX(Geographic Expansion) for IDR developing the Ecosystem in the designated Tier 1 countries, with implementation of new IBM Innovation Center in Kenya and the deployment of IIC capability in agreed tier 2 countries The role is critical for the IBM efforts on the GEOX.
Reporting to the MEA IDR Leader, all tasks measurements process and procedures will be set, agreed and executed.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years experience in field sales and sales / technical leadership
- At least 6 years experience in Strong personal communication skills, both verbal and written, good style of writing, strong relationship builder
- At least 6 years experience in Excellent proficiency in English, confident in executive communication level
- At least 6 years experience in Ablility to work accurately, independently, and pro-actively in a very international and dynamic environment
- At least 6 years experience in Ability to team across diverse cultures and environments across IBM Business Units
