Program Quality Lead

Good Return, World Education Australia Limited’s (WEAL) flagship program, is an online loan portal that allows the public to support the client of a partner MFI by making a loan to that individual through the Good Return website. It works closely with MFIs in Asia and The Pacific. It leverages innovative technology to connect members the public with people who need a loan to lift themselves out of poverty. Good Return assists MFI partners, with a pro-poor mission, to deliver their commitment towards improving the lives of their clients.

About the Job: 
Good Return is seeking a Program Quality Lead. S/he will be based in Eltham, Melbourne. S/he will report to the program director.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage WEAL’s program quality and compliance framework;
• Relationship lead for the Philippines and the Pacific.

Qualifications: 

• Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline;
• At least 5 years’ experience working in the international development sector;
• Experience in training, livelihoods, microenterprise development or microfinance desirable but not essential;
• Familiarity with AusAID and ACFID policies and processes desirable but not essential.
