We are recruiting for two Business Analyst to work within our new Business Processes and Analysis (BPA) Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding International Programmes Department. In this role you will support on the development and improvement of operational effectiveness and efficiency in Marie Stopes International support offices and in how we provide support to country programmes. The BPA Analyst roles support the Associate Director in delivering high calibre tools, processes, information and analysis to support evidence based management decision-making and streamlined, lean and country facing operational effectiveness.
To be considered for this role you will have:
* Masters degree in relevant discipline (business, M&E, public health, epidemiology, demography etc.)
* Project Management (Prince2 or other)
* Managing and manipulating data and large data sets, designing Excel solutions for inputting, managing and presenting data
* Designing databases (in Access or similar) and/or designing surveys
* Writing and editing documents to a high standard
* Experience with a donor funded international development organisation would be highly desirable.
