The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is responsible for overseeing Supply chain unit and will provide technical support to the Local Partner Treatment Facilities (LPTF).
Mentor and provide supportive supervision of Pharmaceutical Management and Supply Chain Specialists (PMSCS) as they provide technical assistance to Hospitals.
Mentor PMSCS to develop and oversee the implementation of a distribution plan for lab reagents and 01 drugs from the in-country warehousing agents to the LPTF including product allocation and commodity tracking.
Monitor performance of appointed warehousing and distribution agent and ensure compliance with contractual provisions Plan and coordinate all AR procurement approved in the budget.
Actively participate in LEAD strategic planning processes
Qualifications
Education Required:
Graduate degree in a health-related field preferably Pharmacy with specialized training and/or experience relating to public health, health systems strengthening and supply chain management.
5 years relevant experience public health with experience in pharmaceutical management, procurement, and systems strengthening strongly preferred, experience managing and supervising technical staff.
Experience working with USG funded projects; knowledge of USG regulations is a must
