Our Client is setting up an IT help desk to perform desk‐side support service per Client’s pre‐defined/location specific service.
The team will be required to manage workflow and service request through Client’s call ticketing system. These positions require strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities will include remotely:
- Imaging/Re‐Imaging end user desktop and laptop machines
- Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users
- Hardware and Software upgrades
- Performance of IT support duties as defined by the appropriate team lead
- Network printer installation/configuration
- General Desktop Support/Project Coordination/Move activities
- High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment.
- Monitor, analyze and address reliability and performance issues.
Positions:
Junior End User Support Engineer
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in desk side support
- Diploma in IT
- Microsoft certifications - desired
Senior End User Support Engineer
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in desk side support
- Diploma in IT
- Microsoft certifications – desired
Help Desk SME/Manager
- 5+ years experience in desk side support
- Experience in leading a team
- Bachelors degree
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) version 3 certification - desired
