JOB TITLE:- PROCUREMENT MANAGER 1 POST

The individual will be wholly responsible for managing the purchase department,supplier development ,quality improvement and cost reduction in liaison with the suppliers and internal users/customers

Desired skills and experience

• Degree holder B.A/Bsc/B.com and qualification in supply chain management.
• Masters degree in Procurement and supply chain
• Management is a much added advantage
• Must be PSPTB member
• At least 5 years of working experience in material management in hospital settings
• Experience in a purchasing function is vital especially in category buying.
• Knowledge of ERP in material management system is essential
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Swahili

JOB TITLE:-CLERK 2 POSTS

Desired skills and Experience

• Form IV or Form VI with a certificate /Diploma in materials management field
• One year experience in the warehouse/stores operations
• Skilled in the use of personal computers and inventory management systems
• Ability to work with diverse group and commitment to advancing workplace diversity.
• Collaborative partner who values teamwork and intergration
• Highly organized and have excellent prioritization skills.
• Customer centered : Strive to attain a continual standard of 10% internal and external customer satsifaction in your respective area

JOB TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER 1 POST

Desired skills and experience

• Masters degree in Business administration(MBA) OR equivalent business degree from a recognized university
• Minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience in a reputable organization including 3 years in supervisory role.
• Exemplary interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of health care market
• Proficiency in computer and analytical skills

JOB TITLE:- FOOD SERVICE MANAGER 2 POSTS

The manager will oversee daily food service operations established and maintains systems and procedures for ordering ,receiving , storing preparing and serving of food and related products;provides technical guidance and administrative direction over food planning, menu formulation, and preparation and serving of regular and therapeutic diets including in-patient and outpatient

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Masters degree in Nutrition,Dietary science or culinary arts, food services or Hotel/Restaurant management degree and 8-10 years experience of Hospital Nutrition and food services management at a tertiary level health care facility.
• Knowledge of principles of dietetic, food safety and sanitation, must be familiar with food and labor laws
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

JOB TITLE:- RADIOLOGIST 1 POST

Knowledge and experience

• Must be a qualified doctor having masters in radiology
• Effective use of initiative and the ability to accept responsibility beyond that of job requirement
• Good communication skills
• Team worker

JOB TITLE:- SCIENTIFIC OFFICER GRADE I 1 POST

Desired skills and experience

• Advanced diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute and registered with a recognized laboratory Board
• 5 years relevant work experience
• Be familiar and experienced with the laboratory information management system(LIMS) in terms of application and utilization
• Experience in an international health setting is an asset
• Well versed in the required discipline ,the individual should also be a team player and demonstrate honestly and loyalty to the institution.
