The HR Department plays an important role to support FMO's mission to create the necessary conditions and context in which the staff of FMO can realize the (strategic) goals, today and in the future.
The HR Department currently consists of 9 team members: a Director HR, three Senior HR Advisors, a Senior Training and Education Officer (FMO Academy), three (Sr.) HR Officers and a Secretary. The HR Advisors work in tandems with the HR Officers to advise and support one of the organizational areas (Investment, Risk Management & Finance and Corporate). Due to the growth of the organization, we are looking for an HR Advisor, who will perform HR services for several departments of organization. This position is ideal for a second career step within Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all round HR advisor role for several departments (approximately 100 fte’s);
- Responsible for the Young Talent Program (recruitment of trainees and coordination of the program);
- Recruitment and guidance of the interns;
- Plays a key role in social media manifestation, specifically for recruitment purposes;
- Support the Senior HR Advisors in overall HR projects (e.g.: the HR Performance Cycle, internal HR communication and the HR intranet);
Personality and Required skills
Education
The candidate holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and will have a thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Knowledge of the developments and actualities within the recruitment market is required (including use of social media).
Experience
The candidate has at least four years all round experience in the operational field of Human Resources, preferably within a (highly demanding) international environment or within the financial service industry. Experience with international recruitment is a pre.
Personal skills
The ideal candidate is an excellent organizer and has perfect oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. He or she is a team player, is accurate and proactive, analytically strong and can work independently and in a structured way. The candidate has good advisory skills.
