- The Digital Marketing Technologist position has primary responsibility to manage the execution of complex brand and pillar (Coke Zero NCAA, Coke Summer, etc.) digital marketing programs. This position will act as both an implementation project manager and a technical platform SME to external stakeholders that are trying to execute these programs. The position will manage multiple digital creative agencies and technology platform suppliers that are providing creative or building the brand and pillar programs, and will be accountable to cleanly deliver these high profile programs on time with a high degree of stakeholder confidence.
- The Digital Marketing Technologist position will also act as a platform technical SME, training new contract Activation Managers on the CCNA digital platform and providing technical guidance on development needed for the platform overtime. The position must be able to act as a SME to a variety of stakeholder groups, both internal to the Digital Platforms group and externally across the broader CCNA Marketing organization.
- The position requires regular work, detailed communications and follow-up with key internal and external stakeholders include senior CCNA, brand teams, customer teams, digital marketing platform partners and creative agencies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute brand and pillar digital marketing programs from the initial program concept stage through go-live. Manage programs by tracking key milestones and interfacing with digital marketing agencies, internal stakeholders, and platform suppliers to ensure clean execution.
- Identify innovative ways for marketing stakeholders to use existing capabilities to meet rapidly evolving digital marketing needs. Think outside the box to help realize the full potential of the significant platform capabilities that already exist.
- Identify new capability requirements that are demanded by the marketing organization and work with the Sr. Technology Manager to add capabilities to the development roadmap. Write business and technical requirements to support new required capabilities.
- Direct the work of 1-4 contract Activation Managers that are implementing digital marketing brand and pillar programs for CCNA. Ensure their program executions are delivered cleanly and on time. Train these contractors on the various Activation Management roles.
- Manage the operations and maintenance activities of key digital platform suppliers, including the primary site integrator, prize and game supplier, CRM supplier and email service provider.
- Perform process refinement and optimization of activation processes, including collection of data on digital creative agency and team performance, documentation of the digital platform framework, and training of creative agencies and stakeholders on the framework.
- Exhibit exceptional communications capabilities across a wide range of parties, including internal and external stakeholders, supplier partners, and creative agencies. Stakeholders will be a diverse mix that includes brands, Integrated Marketing, businesses like Food Service, and customers. Tailor conversations, communications like email, and presentations to this wide range of parties to ensure concepts, capabilities and schedules are clear.
