The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa now invites eligible consultant firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultant firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among key staff such as the principals or directors of the firm who may not be amongst key staff that may be proposed to carry out the assignment as these staff are not required at this stage, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers dated May 2004, revised October 2006 and May 1, 2010.
