POSITION: CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in customer service principles and public relations or their equivalent from a recognized and reputable university or institutions.
Must be computer literacy

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deal directly customer either by telephone or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complains
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information’s to handle service inquires
Set up new customer accounts and manage customers accounts
Perform any other duties may be assigned by immediate super visor
