Contract Manager Wanted at Kilombero Sugar Company

Kilombero Sugar Company Limited the largest producer of sugar cohesively with Extra Neutral Alcohol Distillery is seeking to recruit dynamic and result oriented person to fill a vacancy of Contract Manager existing in the company.  The success full candidate will be fully responsible for understanding interpreting and managing terms of the contract and changes to those contract in order to maximize the commercial/operational benefit of those contracts for the organizations and offer value added supportive services to fill the declare corporate objectives.  Meanwhile driving cost down and improving performance

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Tasks:

• To provide contract  management advice to the organizations, ensuring that arrangements are in place for  effective contract management
• Develop and implement procedure for the contract management and administrations in compliance with company policy
• On all shall standards and nonstandard contracts, provide redline recommendations and often negotiate directly with parties until conceus has been reached
• Contract, drafting evaluations negotiations and execution
• Enforce company policies and procedure
• Work with risk management and finance department to coordinate contract insurance requirements
• Monitor transactions compliance
• Oversees service level Agreement Compliance
• Work in liaison with government department to obtain necessary permits as require by the law EG work & residence permit
• Converse disciplinary issues conducts investigations, mediates and handle any disciplinary matter as required
• Perform any other specific task as deemed necessary managemen
