ASSISTANT ACCOUNT

To ensure that company policies’ procedure and regulation’s are adhere to by all employee, particularly on staff imp rest, loan and advanced to facilitates customer getting and statement of accounting from the time to time

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       STAFF IMPREST

• Checking the recording and maintaining the staff impress account

2.       TRADE DEBTOR CREDIT

• To ensure that all customers are paying on time on their contracts, this is done by ensuring invoices are provided to the clients ensuring statement are provided to the clients on a monthly basis making regular visit
• To attend to any queries by customer

3.       GENERAL LEDGE

• To reconcile the general ledger with subsidiary ledger

SKILS AND KNOWLEDGE

Computer knowledge including accountant packages as tally and quick books pro9 however this is not a limit factor for any suitable candidate who may have the knowledge in the accounting package

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTE

• Be honestly and trustworthy

• Possess cultural awareness ans sensitivit

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years working experience as assistant accountant
• Bachelor degree in any commercial field  
• CPA(T) 2014- certified public accountant
• Team player
• Good command of English and Kiswahil
