Key accountabilities and decision ownership

1- Delivery management of all commercial business unit projects. This includes but is not limited to
a. Working with relevant heads of departments in setting launch dates and KPI targets

b. tracking launch dates and deliveries against KPI targets set in business cases

c. raising red flags when targets are not being achieved

d. ascertaining solutions to ensure (revised) target deliveries

2- Management and governance of all commercial forums such as but not limited to: Commercial approval forum, EXCO trade review forums, Go to market forums, IT engagement forums, Reviews with Group International Business, Management of actions rising from each of these forums, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered, ensuring presentations are collated and shared where necessary, ensuring all content for these forums is finalized and ready for presentation in a timely manner

3- Ensuring clear communication on all commercial projects especially those that are consumer impacting and revenue impacting. This includes
a. ensuring timely communication is done to COPS, Sales and Network business units,
b. ensuring approvals are given on all projects by the all impacted business units.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
· Excellent knowledge on product launches
· Excellent knowledge about our systems and internal processes

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
· Excellent knowledge in planning and organizing skills
· Cross functional skills
· Leadership skills is key
· University degree
