Technical Operations Manager (1 Post)

JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Operations Manager's primary role is undertaking the day to day activities of the technical department mostly the technical platforms and transaction gateways. S/he is responsible for providing operational support and managing technical staff while providing guidance on issues related to both management and technical activities. She/he will develop, implement and review all standard technical operating procedures and work practices, conduct risk assessment, and work to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
The Technical Operations Manager will analyze and evaluate Maxcom's business performance using statistical metrics, and ensure the provision, maintenance, safe use and storage of all technical equipment and materials, as well as for staff

Project Coordination Manager ( 1 Post)

JOB SUMMARY: The Project Coordination Manager has a primary role ensuring the smooth operation of all prior business execution before official flight and or launch of the said business/platform. She/he will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all projects by coordinating swiftly between departments to ensure all activities are undertaken timely and launch within the required time frame with utmost professionalism.
The Project Coordination Manger Project Coordinator's role is to coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information and bring to the attention of the Business Development Director any coordination issues which they cannot resolve timely.

JOB SUMMARY: The Head of Business - Sales and Distribution has a primary responsibility of establishing, developing and growing Maxcom Africa's Ltd distribution network across the country while coordinating and implementing distribution plans and strategies as in line with the overall I company objectives and plans designed to increase the Maxcom Africa Ltd retail reach and ease of access to pas.
The Head Of Business - Sales and Distribution involvement will include but not limited to strategic activation of the trade, execution of the pas, and RTM planning and coordination to aide in meeting of the set goals. She/he will be responsible for regional development and penetration, overseeing retail trade Maxcom operations within the country, sale and distribution team management and coordination to ensure smooth service delivery at the pas.

JOB SUMMARY; The Country Director has the overall responsibility for the strategic leadership and direction of Maxcom Africa Ltd Business in Tanzania to achieve the organizational vision, mission and objectives. The Country Director is the senior most executive position responsible for the business ~ and operational management in Tanzania.
She/he represents Maxcom Africa LTD with Government, Local and international Organizations in Tanzania. She/he will take a leading role in developing, overseeing implementation, reviewing and monitoring of the Country Maxcom Business strategy and ensuring the same in line with the ! Maxcom Africa LTD strategic direction sand overall thematic focus. : The Country Director is responsible for developing new Business initiatives, : new partnerships and maintaining existing partnerships and actively lead : key phases of ongoing Business. The Country Director will be responsible to ~ ensure maintenance and adherence to the Maxcom Africa Itd organizational culture including implementation of the policies and development issues. She/he is responsible to promote smooth running of the Country Business and its overall financial and human resources management.
