Country Program is seeking to recruit competent candidate for the following position:
1. Social Capital & Cluster Manager
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelors Degree in gender and development, social development, rural development, or any other relevant field plus at least five(5) years of job related experience
Preferred Requirements:
– Masters Degree in gender and development, social development, rural development, or any other relevant field plus at least five(5) years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
– Familiarity with national youth and gender policies in Tanzania
– Experience in developing private-public ‘partnerships’ especially at national and district levels
– Experience ion Community group formation and strengthening
2. Finance Assistant
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelors Degree in business administration, finance, Accounting plus three (3) of hands-on-related experience
Preferred Requirements:
– Practical experience in various aspects of accounting principles and practices with a good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
3. Monitoring , Learning and Evaluation (MLE) Officer
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelors Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Economics and/or Statistics, Social Research or an equivalent with an academic focus on monitoring and Evaluation plus three (3) years of direct relevant in MLE management of large-scale projects
Preferred Requirements:
– Solid MLE experience, gained in working in the development context, demonstrated social research experience, experience in supporting and monitoring field-based programs in the country
– Proven experience in staff and partner training, Experience in developing field data collection tools, qualitative data collection, Experience in developing MLE plans, demonstrates experience in data analysis.
4. Cluster Coordinator
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or other related field with five (5) years managerial experience in dairy production, dairy value chain management, agriculture development with at least three (3)years experience of how cooperatives work
5. Access to Finance Manager
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelors Degree plus five (5) years of relevant financial program experience in development work in Tanzania
Preferred Requirements:
– Masters degree in business Administration, Financial Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, enterprise development or related field from reputable university
6. Agriculture Value Chain Manager
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelors degree in the field of Agriculture Economics, Business Administration, Rural Development, Enterprise Development or other related field plus five (5) years of successful experience in development work in private sector in Tanzania
Preferred Requirements:
– Masters degree in the field of Agriculture Economics, Business Administration, Rural Development, Enterprise Development or other related field plus five (5) years in a mix of economic growth/trade value chain competitiveness, investment promotion, or agriculture development. Significant experience in building public/private partnerships, preferably in the dairy sector
7. Skills Development Manager
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in development studies, animal husbandry/veterinary medicine, agriculture, social science, education or a related field plus three to five years of experience in training activities related to community development, agriculture, animal health, adult learning, and facilitation skills. Seven (7) years of relevant experience in development work (with youth) in Tanzania
