A large manufacturing company based in the East Rand is seeking the services of a Multi Production Manager to manage a large workforce on the production lines that supplies the automotive industry, mining and heavy engineering sectors.

Qualification:

N3 Mechanical Engineering

Matric or equivalent
N3 Mechanical Engineering
Turner or Fitter Trade Test from Olifantsfontein
Understanding and reading of Technical Drawings
Minimum of 10 years management experience
Computer literate
Production management experience

Skills Required:

Technically strong
Able to take initiative to increase production outputs
Pro-active
Team Player
To ensure production targets are met and production schedules are adhered to
Manage improvement projects
Coaching and developing
