M-POWER ACADEMY - ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR ROUND 13
Off.Grid:Electric is the world’s first massively scalable off-grid electric company. It exists to provide clean, affordable and reliable energy to communities that currently lack it. The company utilizes distributed renewable energy to sell power as a service to customers who suffer from an expensive, unreliable, or have no access to the Ongrid-electric at all. The company is headquartered in Arusha, Tanzania.
The M-Power Academy is a job training program which prepares university graduates to enter the workforce. During the first week, academy participants will be trained on business skills that can be used in many different jobs. For academy participants who are selected to continue into the next 2 weeks of the academy, the program will focus on job training that is specific to Off.Grid:Electric. At the end, the most promising participants will be offered the opportunity to work at Off.Grid:Electric.
We welcome applicants from all regions, particularly those who come from the central and lake zone regions.
There is a selection process to enroll in the Academy which includes an online test. Once you have filled this form, you will receive a message with the test link (basing on the region you wish to take an interview from interview). Candidates must do the online test before 3:00pm on September 13th. Candidates with a passing score will be invited for in-person interviews. Interviews will be conducted in Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma and Dar es salaam.

NB: To Interview in DODOMA you must be coming from the central zone regions (Dodoma,Singida, Morogoro).
