Officer provides financial support to the Programme, in this supportive role,
the GO applies financial and accounting procedures and sustainability
requirements and collects and applies Hivos’ expertise on donor requirements in
designing and realising budgets and deployment
Relevant
masters degree in Finance or equivalent, Relevant work experience at least 5
yrs , Work experience in an international environment, Good
analytical skills, Work experience in budget design and control and project
accounting, Expert in budget development, Experience in working with and
sensitivity for KPs, Excellent organisational, writing, analytical and
administrative skills, Experience in working with the GFATM systems and
procedures an added advantage, self motivation and enthusiasm and ability to
work under own initiative.
Programme Coordinator (fixed term contact – full time)
The
Programme Coordinator contributes to the development and implementation of the
KP REACH Programmes’ work plans and budgets
Relevant
Masters Degree in development studies, Public Health, Social Sciences or other
relevant fields, Relevant work experience at least 5 yrs a proven track record
in resource mobilisation, Experience in programme management, recognised
(social innovation) expert in sector or region, Work experience in an
international environment, Access to international network, Experience in
working with and sensitivity for KPS, Excellent organisational writing,
analytical and administrative skills, Experience in working with the GFATM
systems and procedures and added advantage, Self motivation and enthusiasm and
ability to work under own initiative

Programme
Officer Communication and Capacity Building
The
Programme Officer contributes to the development and implementation of the KP
REACH Programmes, communication and capacity building work plans and budgets,
The Programme Officer collaborates with the strategic Communication partner and
is responsible for ensuring implementation of the advocacy and communication
strategy of the KP REACH programme, S/he will initiative approval to the
all-incoming Activity Work Plans (AWPs ) ff the Communication Partner, S/he
will also be responsible for implementation all regional workshops/trainings
under the KP REACH Programme
Relevant
Degree in Media and Communications, Relevant work experience at least 3-5 yrs,
Experience working in communications and advocacy, Work experience in an
international environment, ability to plan, coordinate and facilitate capacity
building initiatives, Experience in working with and sensitivity for KPs,
Excellent analytical and writing skills, Experience in working with the GFTM
systems and procedures an added advantage Self motivation and enthusiasm and
ability to work under own initiative
Monitoring
and Evaluation Officer (M&E) Fixed term contract – full time )
Is
responsible for the monitoring, evaluation, and learning dimensions of KP Reach
and operates in accordance with Hivos policy and Global Fund requirements, The
M&E Office works s closely with the Programme Director and the Design
Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer to support, monitor and strengthen
monitoring and evaluation capacities, of SRs to ensure proper planning and
implementation, Strengthens the capacity of PMU and SRs in formulation of
objectives, results and indicator to ensure proper implementation of programmes
Relevant
masters degree or Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Equivalent, relevant
work experience: at least 5 yrs, established experience and track record in
monitoring an devaluation of internationally funded programmes in the Region,
Work experience in an international enviornemnt, Experience in developing
programmatic reports and conducting M&E related tasks such as data
validation and verification , data base management and maintenance,
Accomplished research and validation studies, Good analytical skills,
Experience in working with and sensitivity for KPs, Excellent organizational,
writing, analytical and administrative skills, Experience in working with the
GFATM systems and procedures an added advantage, Self motivation and enthusiasm
and ability to work under own initiative

office is based in Harare, Zimbabwe, This position will be based in Harare,
Zimbabwe, with room to have the position operating for South Africa, Hivos
welcomes International and Regional applicants but can only offer a posit not
