Communication Intern , European Association for Viewers Interests

EAVI – the European Association for Viewers Interests is looking for a Communication Intern with a strong interest in the field of media, who will complement our small and very dynamic team. Do you want to know what it is to work for an NGO located in the heart of Brussels?

Our organization is an independent, non-profit international association working in the field of media literacy and education. Its primary objective is to promote the interests of citizens as media users across Europe. To achieve its objective, EAVI develops and implements a wide range of activities that involve citizens and organizations from many of the 28 EU Member States. More details can be seen on the website www.eavi.eu

Candidate’s Tasks:

• Support with drafting papers and studies
• Helping out with the newsletter, drafting and dissemination
• Managing of social media platforms
• Coordination of EYAG, EAVI’s volunteer group
• Daily administration tasks
• Developing long-term marketing & communication strategies

Candidate’s Profile:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication, Media or European related studies.
• Excellent command of both oral and written English
• Experience in social media management
• Good time management and planning skills
• Attention to the details and proactive attitude

The internship lasts 3 months.

Remuneration: 350 Euro (travel expenses included).
