Context/Scope:	Brewing Department in SBL  Moshi Brewery undertakes most of the duties meant to convert Brewing Raw materials to Beer. It operates closely with other Departments like Procurement, Finance and Human Resources, but even more closer to the Packaging and Quality assurance Departments in Producing quality products at optimum time and at highest Efficiency. Shift Brewer is the coordination centre of the related activities on shift basis while the Brewing Operator does the actual production work in terms of process driving and control.
Purpose of Role:	To drive production processes to be able to attain quality worth and beer at optimum cost in most efficient manner at a safest way while playing part in building  a high shift morale.
Key  Accountabilities	Create and operate in safe work environment Execute relevant multidirectional flow of workplace information Operate and control  any assigned production processes in the Brewing department Generate and keep production reports and records Operate the process for receipt and safe keeping of raw materials Carryout cleaning of production systems and areas Actively participate in own competency improvement
Qualifications and Experience Required:	At least a Tanzanian form Four Certificate with at least principal pases in 2 natural science subjects followed with at least 6 months of a professional course in science field of study and an Experience of at least 6 months of working in a brewery or A form six leaver (in 2000-2011) with at least 2 principal passes in science subjects on being chemistry or biology An IBD certificate is additional advantage
