Western Zone Tobacco Growers Cooperative Union Ltd is vested with the duties of providing high quality services to all tobacco farmers within the Region. Currently the Union is wishing to recruit highly motivated and dynamic staffs to fill in the following positions

CO-OPERATIVE INSPECTOR (ONE POST)

Key - Responsibilities.
To assist in carrying inspection for primary societies and Co-operative in influence of WETCU for compliance with Laws and regulations governing Co-operatives.
To assist in the interpretation and enforce Cooperative acts and regulations and explain required standards to tobacco growers and other crops .
Inspect the cleanliness and practices of establishment employees.
Monitor the grading performed by Company employees in order to verify performance to standards.
To advices on regular activities of primary societies ..
To deal with Auditing to primary societies time to time according to needs.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.

Salary As per WETCU Scale 6
Age within (30 - 45) years

Experience'
At least three years work experience in a reputable organization.

Terms of Services
A two years renewable contract on mutual agreements.
