SME Relationship Manager - Moshi/Arusha

To Generate new business via new client acquisition and referrals from different sales channels. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing client relationships.
Analyse and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability.
Build and expand existing client relationships through pro-active contact, account planning, wallet sizing and effective pipeline management.
Identify and prioritize activities to maximise revenue contribution from allocated client portfolio.
Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
Creativity tailor products to meet individual customer needs.
Maintain close working relationship with staff and management to assist in resolving SME Banking client’s problems and service requests.
Provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations and profiling with clients.
Structure transactions of deals based on client needs and provide justification for waiver/deviations from standard pricing.
Consult and recommend strategies where account management or recovery is needed on problem accounts, assisting credit in identifying sources for minimizing loan losses.
Provide regular feedback to management on product, processes based on customers’ feedbacks.
Ensure disciplined adherence to set sales and relationship management processes and standards.
Analyse financial requirements of clients and match with bank’s product offerings.
Work effectively across geographic borders with customers to deepen relationship with the bank.

Others:
Collaborate with product, credit and functional specialists to deliver timely and effective client solutions.
Remain Alert to the risk of Money Laundering and assist in the Bank’s effort in combating it by adhering to the key principles in relation to: “identifying your customer, knowing your customer, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicious, safeguarding records and not disclosing suspicions to customers” 

Qualifications & Skills

A University Degree 
4-5 Years of experience managing SME porfolios
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent buisness skills
