The ICT Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and effective ICT support services to all TMEA offices through adherence to set ICT standards and best industry practices.
S/he will resolve ICT issues related to the development, implementation, support and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in Information Science, ICT or other relevant field. In addition, s/he must have at least 5 years’ of work experience in a similar role, in a busy and demanding environment.
This post requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to provide timely, cost effective and efficient solutions. The successful candidate should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate clearly.
The ICT Officer will be based in any of the EAC countries. This position will have occasional travel around East Africa.
