PROJECT: 0155 OBR-TMEA-2013 – SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL MATERIALS

The Office Burundais des Recettes (OBR) is substantially funded through donor funds managed by Trademark East Africa and has agreed funding to procure materials for the provision of mains electricity supply to the One Stop Border Post with Tanzania at Kobero over a distance of around 25kms. This procurement exercise is for the supply of materials only, to Bujumbura and/or to designated points on the route to Kobero, and not for any construction work.

Local Burundian and regional (EAC) companies are invited to submit expressions of interest for supplying this material and submissions should be sent by email to cyprien.ntibahanuza@obr.gov.bi with a copy to paul.king@obr.gov.bi quoting project number 0155 OBR- TMEA-2013 in the subject line, submissions to be received on the OBR server by 17:00 CAT on Friday 5th July.

All submissions should, as a minimum, include as attachments a copy of their company registration documents, their certification of tax payments, their registration for VAT and evidence of turnover together with any other material thought relevant.

Successful applicants will be invited to tender for a list of materials with required volumes for which unit and total prices will be required.
