JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for testing, training and supporting new devices in local market.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Testing
- Responsible for testing data devices at a user experience level.
- Support category in data device selection and evaluation.
- Work closely with Consumer Understanding/Marketing Research team to review and use existing customer insights to improve data device selection.
- Coordinate closely with purchasing department on quarterly vendor workshops to evaluate new data devices.
Training
- Lead the training of new data devices to sales and support people.
- Coordinate technical and sales documentation required for points of sale
- Work with vendors to provide product presentations and trainings.
- Co-Responsible for Time to market and device roll out.
Support and Business tracking
- Co-Responsible of performance of data devices.
- Manage issues with vendors that require support for data devices.
- Work with vendors to solve pending issues with data devices.

Desired Skills & Experience
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree, preferably in engineering , marketing and/or business administration
- Minimum 3 years telecom experience, preferably with some experience with device vendor or equipment manufacturer.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in developing simple presentations.
- Good communication skills.
- Creative thinker with an open mind to learn and explore new areas and opportunities
- Familiarity with technical systems
- Fluent in English.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Manage good relationships.
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation and persuasive skills.
