Vacancy: Pre Sales and Proposal Management Executive
Purpose of Role:
The Pre Sales and Proposal Management Executive participates in pre-sales activities including scoping, solution presentation, proof of concept, writing of comprehensive technical and financial proposals in response to RFP & Prospects requirements, liaising with suppliers for solution feasibility, price confirmation, contract discussion/negotiation etc. While keeping an up to date database of all follow up, customers, suppliers, credentials, pricing information etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep up to date records of the firm’s portfolio.
• Assist the Accounts and Business Development Division in the early stages of the pre-sales cycle:
o Educate prospects
o Produce “Study cases”
o Create and execute “Proofs of concept”, “Workshops”, “Presentations”, etc.
• Participate in the early stage of opportunities technical evaluation and qualification.
• Follow-up on proposals submitted, closing dates, etc and provide sales Statistics.
• Act as the point of contact between overseas offices, and suppliers for supply chain follow-up (i.e order follow-up, payments prior to delivery of goods, delivery, certificate of completion, etc.)
• Travel overseas to cover pre-sales activities as directed by the Head Office.
• Ensures the following up of orders from suppliers and delivery to client.
• Regularly travel to satellite offices to cover pre-sales activities as directed by Regional Offices.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and French.
• Self Learning and out-going person.
• High level of adaptability to our core services.
• Past experience within same field (Not mandatory).
