Context
INTO University Partnerships works with leading UK and US universities, investing in the development of world-class international student centres. With a clear focus on and commitment to the delivery of the highest quality of student experience, we specialise in preparing students for undergraduate and postgraduate study at partner institutions and other leading universities in the UK and beyond, and in providing industry-leading English language courses for general (non-progression) students. The post holder will work with our university partners and our centres in the UK to align our activities with their strategic goals.
INTO operates a network of Regional Offices around the world supporting the recruitment of international students to the full range of courses offered at our centres in the UK, USA and China. The post holder will work closely in liaison with these offices to ensure that their activities are aligned with our partner's strategies. The post holder will also work to grow the network of INTO university partners in Europe and to ensure that communications between our centres, university partners and the Regional Offices are effective.
Requirements
The post holder must have an excellent understanding of the global further education sector, a proven track record in the education sector of implementing excellence in academic quality and teaching delivery as well as compliance in relation to the regulatory compliance arrangements involved in recruiting international students to UK higher education.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key to this role as the successful candidate will manage the INTO UKBA compliance resource as well as providing leadership support to the UK Academic Directors and Heads of Student Services across a range of locations. Knowledge of preparing and monitoring budgets and business plans is essential.
The successful candidate must also champion excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction at our education centres. The ability to think strategically, work independently, lead others and build effective relationships, delivering in a results driven, time pressured change environment will be key requirements of this position.
Salary - Circa £70k
