This role is responsible to provide comprehensive, timely and easy to use delivery metrics. Results and analysis for all Platforms (Mainframe, Power, System x, RSS, Storage , Software and Appliances) to ISC management and Stakeholders. Active participation in ISC Workgroups and department efforts majoring on client delivery and delivery culture themes including: Ride alongs (participate in monthly client response analysis calls), Customer Serviceability Metrics process support, and E2E Delivery Executive score card input and montly reviews. Work to automate our metrics and reporting systems, use Cognos as a reporting tool for our Key Performance Indicators and heñp develop a more automated "alert" process. Assist in developing and providing predictive indicators of performance that lead to preventive actions and improvement. Develop Streamlined measurement techniques to ensure faster / consistent turn around when providing metrics. The role regularly requires weekly executive interface and significant communication across the organization, providing the individual with an opportunity to sharpen their leadership, relationship, process and operational support skills in a fast paced environment. | |||||||||||
