Executive Assistant (EA):
- The EA is responsible for all secretarial functions and specified administrative and logistical duties;
- supervises one staff;
- manages office petty cash;
- manages office supplies;
- works closely with headquarters human resources and IT support staff as well as staff of partner organizations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in office administration or human resources or a related discipline with at least 3 years experience in a similar position or 6 years experience for a high school graduate;
- non-profit experience;
- superior knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office;
- good communication skills;
- proficiency in English and Swahili;
- knowledge of French a plus.
