BRALIRWA is looking to fill the following positions:
Purchasing Manager
Must Ensure that all locally purchased goods, products and services are bought On Time, In Full and for the lowest possible price in the short-, mid- and long-term (servicing all departments within Bralirwa)
Key Accountabilities and Main Correspondence Activities
· Determine the vision of the purchasing department in order to ensure contribution to and full alignment of the department with Bralirwa’s company objectives
· Reporting and analyzing purchasing performance
· Responsible for development and follow up sourcing plans for the main local purchasing categories.
· Developing local suppliers according to the sourcing plans developed
· Responsible for managing the contracts of the suppliers within Bralirwa in close co-operation with the Logistics Director.
· Responsible for developing and updating the purchasing procedures
· Evaluation of performance of orders fulfilled by local suppliers
· Prepare the Buying Committee meetings in order to ensure proper decision making.
· Motivating and developing the staff within the purchasing department
- Job holder needs to manage a wide scale of external suppliers in different countries.
- Job holder needs to be able to work closely with the lawyer
The Purchasing Manager will report to the Logistics Manager
Qualifications
· Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree (AO)
· Field of Study: Purchasing, Economics, Finance or Law
· Experience: 4 years in the field of Purchasing
· Language Skills: Spoken and Written English, French and Kinyarwanda (all on high level, including formal documents)
· Computer Skills: Word and Excel
Trade Marketing Manager
JOB PURPOSE The TMM role is to organize, plan, develop, execute and follow all activities that concerns channels.
BUSINESS CONTEXT & DIMENSIONS
His/Her activities / responsibilities are the following:
· Insights on consumer / shopper follow up
· Channel segmentation & Channel strategy
· Channel activation, promotions follow up & POSM Management
· Excellence in execution and management of Trade Marketing department
· Management of third parties and follows up of competitors activities in the channels
· Setting up and updating sales toolkits and budget follow ups
Qualifications:
· Level of Education: University Graduate
· Domain of Competencies: Marketing, Management, Economics
· Experience: 3 years in the job, 5 years in Sales and Marketing position with at least 2 years at a senior management level
· Languages: English, French and Kinyarwanda
· Computer Skills: Good Knowledge of MS Office
· Others: Valid Driver’s license
Business Analyst
Background and Purpose -Analyze business data under different market to provide a database for strategic decisions, tactical and operational. The job holder will report directly to Director of Sales and Distribution. - Reporting directly to Director of Sales and Distribution -Propose and Recommend business strategies to achieve Organizational objectives
Key Activities:
· Manage customer relationship management and monitor the market
· Evaluate the results of the standard and share with the sales team
· Calculate the bonus rate of the sales team and Participate in setting objective standards
· Manage the re-verification process in the market and sales team
· Coordinate the generation and provision of the TOP TEAM sheets visit
· Make Sales forecasts to enable production planning, logistics and marketing of the products
· Identify the data sources available and identify the most relevant for Bralirwa and develop data tools for data management
· Analysis of Sales territories as well as product performance
· Initiate and coordinate sales team strategies and tactics that can lead to achieving their goals
· Manage or participate in commercial projects to develop the market
· Leading the market study to facilitate understanding and planning of business strategies.
Qualifications:
· Level of Education: AO
· Field of Study: Statistics or Economics
· Experience: 3 years and over in a structured commercial business setup
· Languages: English, French and Kinyarwanda
· Computer Knowledge: Excel, SPSS or other software
Job Remuneration
The positions offer good career opportunities and competitive remuneration.
