They will assist in recruitment and selection processes ensuring compliance to recruitment procedures and best practices. Maintain personnel files and staff records, staff contracts, induction process, leave management, and assist in implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must possess degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, experience with international NGO is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Kenya labor laws and legislation.
- High integrity and proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- High level of personal initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to forge working relationships at all levels.
