Swaziland Site Operations Coordinator

Purpose

To provide site operations coordination support to the implementation of clinical activities for Male Circumcision Accelerated Saturation Initiative, Soka Uncobe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project’s site infrastructure, including all operations and administration needs, coordinating with the Clinical Director and Chief of Party • Provide guidance and support to regional Soka Uncobe coordinators in identifying and addressing gaps • Work with Clinical Director and site managers to ensure that all sites are being set up and implemented to World Health Organization standard • Liaise with teams on close out of sites • Coordinate with implementing partners in the movement of sites • Liaise with the Clinical Director on all necessary quality assurance mechanisms and liaise with teams to ensure any follow up from Quality Assurance visits is completed • Coordinate with clinical services teams to identify potential clinical services sites, using, among other things, information from the communication strategy and catchment area

Qualifications, Capabilities/Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

• Educational level required: MA • Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in: field of HIV, Program Management, Clinical Management, Budget Management, and Coordination of multi-sectoral partners. • Other: PhD is preferred • Demonstrated of stakeholder involvement across sectors • Knowledge of PEPFAR and USAID project implementation • Experience in capacity building and provision of technical assistance • Good communication skills in English (written and oral) • Ability to work independently and with a wide range of partners • Availability to begin working within next month
