The Program Officer will be the implementing agent of FECTSO.

The Program Officer will be the implementing agent of FECTSO.
Duties and responsibilities
- Membership recruitment, awareness and sensitization activities.
- Maintaining communication with the CBTEs at the regional and grassroots level.
- Preparation of project proposals.
- Implementation of FECTSO-K’s programmes.
- Reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
- Preparing annual and quarterly reports / budgets.
Qualifications and skills requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Community Development, Tourism or any other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management.
- Aged 27 years and above.
- Have working knowledge in ICT.
- Experience in managing donor financed programmes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
