We require:
1. A MANAGER BRAND COMMUNICATIONS
Responsible to: HEAD MARKETING
Job Purpose:
To deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AoP) objectives by supporting the sales and marketing functions through developing, executing customer/result driven communication strategy, In Line with the overall brand/business strategy.
Key Result Areas
1. Develop plans and manage budgets for the Brand Communication.
2. Develop communication across print, TV, Radio, online, Digital, PR for various products and promotions.
3. Develop innovative Point of Sale solutions to drive retail visibility and off-take of products.
4. Media Planning for Print, Radio, TV.
5. Manage relations and monitor SLA agreements with agencies and service providers
6. Ensure compliance of the Airtel brand culture and philosophy in all customer constituencies.
7. Manage, develop and motivate the team to deliver on the business objectives.

Job requirement
You have
• BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline
• Professional Qualifications in advertising, Marketing & Communication will be an added advantage.
• 6 - 8 proven years of related experience in a brand / advertising setting
• Strong creative judgment and critical thinking ability
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
